The Archives and Records Association Ireland and the Information and Records Management Society Ireland held their fourth annual joint meeting in the Irish Architectural Archive, 45 Merrion Square, Dublin 2 on Wednesday 25 August 2010
The theme of the meeting was Ensuring future access to information. The present and ongoing challenges facing Archivists and Records Managers operating in Ireland was addressed in connection with Archives in Crisis, a movement established in April 2010 to bring about public awareness to the vulnerable position of Archives in Ireland.
