Were You There the Night Records Management Died? (Philip Jones, Staffordshire County Council) In true CSI fashion we need to examine the evidence to see if records management has indeed died and if not, what we need to do to ensure its ultimate survival. We will run a workshop for an hour where we will divide into small groups to discuss different core values/functions of records management to see if they are still fit for purpose in the 21st century and how the “records management” environment needs to adapt and change (or not). We will collate all the feedback at the end of the session to create a mindmap which we will make available via the web site.
