Filling the Records Manager’s Toolbox

We will be inviting 6 records management professionals to tell us about the 6 most important things they think should be included in a records manager’s toolbox. These “things” could include attitudes, behaviours, skills, electronic tools, resources. There will be an opportunity for discussion at the end of the session and as a Group we will aim to decide which 6 things should be included in our personal toolboxes.

The speakers will include Alison North (AN Information), Simon Ellis (BoxIT), Clare Cowling (Transport for London), Alison Drew (College of Policing), Kay Young (Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman) and Madi McAllister (London Borough of Merton)
