Paul Duller – Director of Information Management

How to hold onto your information assets:  A introduction to disaster prevention and recovery

Disasters are extraordinary events that require special organisation and resources to tackle the damage that they cause. However, they occur with sufficient frequency and similarity to each other, to be classified as 'normal' events, not 'abnormal', and as such, predictable enough to be planned for. Paul's presentation examines the features and impact of typical disasters, and explains how to plan for them in order to minimise disruption and ensure continued operation.
