As you know, the next IRMS Conference will be held on 21-23 May 2017 at the Glasgow Hilton hotel, and the theme this time is “Agents of Change - Driving Business Transformation".

Have you got something to say about the role of information in business change? Whether you have a new concept, a project case study, or just want to discuss a subject you're passionate about with a like-minded audience, don't miss this fantastic opportunity to present your ideas! The main topic areas are below, but as always the door is open to all.

Technology - best practices and innovation in Enterprise Content Management
Law - understanding and responding to changes in information law
Soft Skills - helping you as a professional, particularly in managing change
Lessons from Scotland - case studies and best practice from our host country
Deployment of Solutions - case studies from our vendor community on many aspects of information and records management

We’re also looking for end user stories relating to, for example:
- The creation of governance systems for records management and privacy, including policies, procedures, roles and responsibilities
- The implementation and ongoing management of EDRM / ECM solutions
- The practicalities of physical records management - scanning, space planning, disposal, re-filing, archiving.

For the first time, we're using the EasyChair system for submissions, making it easier than ever to put forward your proposal for a contribution to the IRMS Conference. To find more details and submit your paper online please go to www.irmsconference.org.uk/call.

Get your thinking caps on – the deadline for submissions is Wednesday 02 November 2016.
