Volunteer with the IRMS!
All of the services we provide are only possible thanks to the members who give up their time to volunteer for the IRMS. Why not consider helping to improve the support and guidance we provide to the community by joining us as a volunteer?
Exec Vacancies
Nominations are open for three Board vacancies and three Executive Director vacancies until 9 January 2026 – visit Nominations and Elections to learn more.
Group Vacancies
Would you like to get involved in leading one of our geographic or special interest groups?
The groups play a key role in engaging with IRMS members including through organising webinars and in-person events (in which you would receive full support from fellow team members).
Being a group chair is an ideal way to try out volunteering with the IRMS, with the option to take advantage of other volunteering opportunities that arise.
We are looking for new chairs for the following groups:
- Schools – exciting role including opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the Schools Toolkit and work with sector leaders providing service to the members.
- Ireland – vacancy coming up in next few months for this great chance to develop events and networking opportunities for our members in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
- Finance
To find out more, check out the role description.
For more information and an informal chat about the posts, contact our Groups Director.
