Each year, typically in May at our annual conference, the Society holds an Annual General Meeting where our annual report and accounts are submitted for approval by the membership. It also provides an opportunity to review any matters arising or proposals that the Executive or Membership wish to make. The meetings are open to members and non-members, however only members can vote on the proposals up for approval.
