Partnership launches with AI+IM Regional Exchange and IRMS networking event on October 16th in London
The Information and Records Management Society Ltd (IRMS) and the Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM) are pleased to announce a formal collaboration aimed at delivering enhanced value to information management professionals across both organizations’ global memberships. This strategic partnership combines AIIM’s technology-focused expertise with IRMS’s governance and records management best practices to create comprehensive professional development opportunities.
The collaboration officially launches on Thursday, October 16, 2025, with two complementary events in located close to each other in Central London:
AI+IM Regional Exchange

An exclusive educational programme limited to 30 participants, featuring peer-to-peer networking and professional development focused on practical AI applications in information management. The event explores the evolution from traditional information management to “information optimisation” in the AI era, with real-world case studies from government, finance, and professional services sectors. IRMS London Group – Monthly Drinks and Networking Event

Following the AI+IM Regional Exchange, AIIM is sponsoring this informal networking event for IRMS London Group members. Attendees will receive a complimentary drink ticket.
