Membership Renewal PDF Invoicing

Not big news, but maybe useful: we are often asked by members if they can have their membership renewal invoice as a PDF. If this is you, read on… 

If you pay your membership renewal by bank transfer, you can view and save your invoice as a PDF. This is how it’s done, 5 easy steps when your membership is due for renewal: 

  1. Login to your profile - https://irms.org.uk/membership/account/. 
  2. Under the Account Tab, scroll to click ‘Renew, Upgrade or Update Billing’. 
  3. Select ‘Email me an Invoice for payment’. Then click ‘Save and Continue’. 
  4. Your invoice is displayed on screen. Scroll to click ‘Print’. 
  5. Choose a Print to PDF or Save as PDF printer option. 

You will see other options – print a paper copy and email the invoice. You can email the invoice to multiple recipients by typing a comma between the email addresses, like this example, me@example.com,accounts.team@example.com 

Please note if you pay by card a VAT receipt is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t get your receipt.
