Conference 2013: Big Data, Open Data
Share |

IRMS13 returned to Brighton with the theme "Big Data, Open Data". 2013 was also the year we celebrated our thirtieth anniversary and, building on past successes, the conference was the the best yet! Our theme was Big Data Open Data and we had some excellent speakers including privacy expert, Simon Davies, Tony Ageh, Controller of BBC Archive Development, technologist Chris Davies and Lynne Loomes and RogerThomson who talked about the implications of managing all the data churned out by the European Space Agency’s Galileo project.
