Our theme for 2022 was Resilience Recovery Renewal – recognising the phases of individuals’ and organisations’ response to the effects of the global pandemic, and the critical role of information and records management in enabling and supporting business continuity.

Programme overview

Through a packed programme of keynotes, workshops, case studies and interactive discussions, the conference reflected on the events of 2020-22 with a focus on learning lessons and highlighting the positive developments and innovations that have emerged in the field of Information Governance.

Our busy programme was headlined by a set of thought-provoking keynotes from leading speakers across the public and private sectors. It also featured a variety of presentations, discussions and workshops covering resilience, recovery and renewal in four main areas:

• Information
• People
• Technology
• Regulation

Plus, we had a series of real-life case studies from vendors of products and services in various aspects of information and records management.

Through all of the above, blended with our renowned social events and networking opportunities in a uniquely friendly and inclusive atmosphere, delegates emerged from the IRMS Conference with the information and inspiration needed to tackle the challenges they face.

The Conference brought together IRM professional users and industry suppliers to share best practice and contemplate innovative ways of working. Leading solutions providers had the opportunity to present their latest technology and insights in the Information Market throughout the duration of Conference.

IRMS22 also featured – as ever – two unmissable evening social events including the Gala Dinner and Industry Awards Ceremony.
