Welcome to the next roundtable discussion on Records Management within Schools. In this session we want to explore and discuss the challenges, best practice and positions from schools on managing email records. We'll explore what is currently in the Toolkit on managing email records, what is 'ideal world' and what challenges schools face in managing such records. This will help us in the refresh of the toolkit happening at the moment and means we can share examples of best practice and good ideas amongst each other. 

Scott Sammons from Lighthouse IG, an experienced IG practitioner working with Schools and other orgs for a number of years, will help lead the discussion and see where we end up on the issue of email records management. 

We'll start to congregate at 09:45 and get going at 10:00am. We will wrap up by 11:30am at the very latest.
