Governance of the IRMS
Here you will find our Annual Reports plus AGM and Executive Team Meeting Minutes, as well as our Constitution. The Constitution is the main set of rules for how the Society operates. The Standing Orders and our policies then support that in the day to day running of the Society. For example, in addition to the Constitution and Standing Orders we also have policies on;

Our Code of Ethics:
In order to support the rules of the constitution, and make it clear the expectations and responsibilities placed on all our volunteers, we have developed and agreed in February 2019 a Code of Ethics. This code will support our volunteers in what they do and gives the Society a standard upon which to benchmark itself against.

Annual General Meeting:
Each year, typically in May and at our annual conference, the Society hold's it's Annual General Meeting where our annual report and accounts are submitted for approval by the membership. It is also the opportunity to run through any matters arising or proposals that the Executive or Membership wishes to make. The meetings are open to members and non-members however only members can vote on any proposals made to the AGM.
The IRMS Executive Team meets monthly via telephone and quarterly face to face. Minutes of our face to face meetings can be found below for members access. For the monthly calls we only track actions and updates as the calls are only 1 hour.
