As you have probably heard by now, the current draft of the DP&DI Bill that is currently in Parliament looks to 'water down' some elements of the GDPR, including Article 30. For public sector organisations, especially those dealing with Health & Social Care, this doesn't really mean much change for you as it'll still need to focus on high-risk stuff. And Special Category data is nothing if not 'high-risk'.

We've talked about the future of the of the 'power of 3' before (see video on YouTube), so rather than revisit that, instead I'd like to talk about how we can maintain the power of 3. What gets in the way of staff doing it, approaches to take, top tips from various organisations etc.
