The IRMS and Protecture are pleased to announce the formal launch of the next chapter of our series of toolkits, the Third Sector Information & Records Management Toolkit. This will join the current range of toolkits available to IRMS members and will also be free for subscribers to the Protecture Data Protection Service.

18:10 : Welcome & introduction from Scott Sammons, Chair of the Information & Records Management Society (IRMS).

18:20 : Introduction to the toolkit and overview from Gary Shipsey, Managing Director at Protecture.

18:40: Information Audits: Gaining value from discovery from Reynold Leming, Informu Solutions. This short talk will cover the value that a comprehensive information audit will provide many to many corporate stakeholders. It will look at what is involved in the planning, design and execution of the audit.

|
19:00 : The Changing Face of Trust – Safeguarding and Data from Paul Maskell, Cyber Security, Safeguarding and Privacy Consultant at Jungo. With the shift in responsibility and accountability placed upon organisations, what will we see as time progresses and as data becomes even more of an impactful aspect, not just upon privacy but the expectations and assurances that come with wellbeing and safeguarding the vulnerable.

19:30 : Q&A's, the formal launch of the toolkit, IRMS Third Sector Group, an additional surprise announcement followed by drinks, nibbles and networking.
