IRMS Exec Nominations Outcomes

IRMS are pleased to announce the outcomes of the recent IRMS Executive nominations process. 

• Chair - Reynold Leming received a valid nomination with no opposers
  
• Vice Chair - Jaana Pinnick received a valid nomination with no opposers
• Groups Director - Suzy Taylor received a valid nomination with no opposers
• Digital Director - Robert Bath received a valid nomination with no opposers

We welcome Robert Bath to the Executive and congratulate Reynold, Jaana and Suzy who are all stepping up into more senior roles on the team. With Suzy being nominated for Groups Director this does mean we will be seeking applications for the Groups Officer role. Keep an eye out for more details soon! 

As a result of this process it has been confirmed that myself and Neil Reeves will be stepping down from our current roles from the AGM in May 2020. We want to take this opportunity to thank Neil for all his hard work with our Digital programme since his start with the Society as eOfficer. He has been a valuable resource to the Society as shall be missed. We wish him every success with his new career!

That just leaves a reminder to members that these nominations will be confirmed at the AGM which will be held on the Sunday 17th May at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham. If you are attending Conference we encourage you to attend, but if you are not able to attend conference but wish to attend the AGM you are also very welcome. Final details and agenda will be coming out around March so keep an eye out for them then.
