Over the past several weeks, we've been carefully monitoring the situation and working up contingency plans with regard to this year's IRMS Conference. Following the announcement of the roadmap for easing restrictions, we have put those plans into action and decided once again to reschedule the event.
This year's IRMS Conference will now take place from Sunday 28th to Tuesday 30th November at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole.
Our overriding priority remains delivering a safe and enjoyable conference for everyone involved. The choice of date is intended to allow the maximum time for the UK's vaccine rollout to happen and take effect. In addition, our conference partners, Revolution Events, continue to work with the venue and follow the latest events industry guidance to ensure that all appropriate measures and safeguards will be in place.
All bookings are being transferred and the conference programme remains unchanged, and speakers and sponsors are being contacted separately from registered delegates to confirm these arrangements. We are also in the process of updating information across our websites and social media.
