Please be aware that we are extending the deadline for nominations for the Board and Executive Committee. We wanted to clarify exactly what roles are up for nomination and how the roles between the Board and Executive Teamdiffer. 

The following Board Director posts are up for volunteer nominations in 2024: 

• Chair(one-year term) 
• Vice-Chair Internal Governance (one-year term) 
• Vice-Chair External Engagement (one-year term) 
• Secretary(two-year term) 
• Treasurer(two-year term

We are also seeking volunteers for the Executive Team in the following roles (these are not covered by the Companies Act 2006):

The team would welcome nominations for any of the roles available. We would, however, like to draw members particular attention to the role of Treasurer and Director (Digital) as both the current post-holders have confirmed that they will not be continuing post the forthcoming AGM. 

Key points:

• You must be a current member of the IRMS to be nominated. 
• Nominations must be in writing either via email or post. 
• Nominations must have a proposer and seconder for the nomination. 
• The deadline for all nominations must be in before 23:59 on the 1st March 2024. 
• The nominations process is overseen by our administrators, Moore-Engage.
