This year we will be hosting the Annual General Meeting physically rather than online and this will be on the Sunday afternoon of the 12 May 2024 at 2pm in the  DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole Hotel.

We will be sending out a link to  the 2024 AGM webpage in a couple of weeks' time which will include links to the following papers in the agenda:

1. Draft Minutes of the AGM held in 2023

2. Draft Accounts for 2023

3. Outcomes of the Board & Executive nominations

4. Proposed amendments to the Articles of Association to bring us into line with various legal requirements

If you have not attended an AGM before you, as a member of the IRMS, will have the opportunity to:  

• meet the IRMS team as most of the Board and Executive will be present

• find out about and ask questions about IRMS’ performance and finances for 20 23 financial year (Jan to Dec)

• find out more about the IRMS’ work plan and priorities for the current year 

• speak about and contribute to any items on the agenda including contributing to any discussion on and any vote on any of the motions put to members present

Members will be getting further communications shortly with the final papers for the AGM and items for their consideration.
